৬. লিমিটেড কোম্পানির ক্ষেত্রে

– সার্টিফিকেট অব ইনকর্পোরেশন

– আর্টিক্যালস অব এসোসিয়েশন

– মেমোরেন্ডাম অব এসোসিয়েশন

ফিঃ সিডিউল ফি ৩,০০০.০০ টাকা, নবায়ন ২,০০০.০০ টাকা।
