প্রজেক্ট শুরু করা
এডবি প্রিমিয়ার সফটঅয়্যার চালু করার সময় যে কাজ করবেন সেই কাজ অনুযায়ী কিছু বিষয় ঠিক করে দিতে হয়। সহজ কথায়, আপনাকে একটি প্রোজেক্ট শুরু করতে হয়। সেই প্রোজেক্টের নাম, ফোল্ডার, ভিডিওর ধরন, ভিডিওর মাপ ইত্যাদি বলে দিতে হয় শুরুতেই।
· প্রিমিয়ার চালু করলে Welcome to Adobe Premiere নামে এধরনের একটি স্ক্রিন পাওয়া যাবে;
· যদি আগে কোন কাজ করেন তার নামের একটি তালিকা পাওয়া যাবে। সরাসরি সেই নামে ক্লিক করে সেটা ব্যবহার করতে পারেন। এছাড়া Open Project ক্লিক করে আগে করা অন্য প্রোজেক্ট ওপেন করতে পারেন। অথবা New Project ক্লিক করে নতুন প্রোজেক্ট শুরু করবেন।

New project সিলেক্ট করলে এধরনের একটি ডায়ালগ বক্স পাওয়া যাবে।

এখানে টাইটেল এবং একশন সেফ এরিয়া (যে যায়গায় থাকলে টিভিতে বাদ পরবে না) সহ ভিডিও এবং অডিও টাইমলাইনে কিভাবে দেখাবে, ক্যাপচার কোথা থেকে করবেন ইত্যাদি বলে দেয়া যায়।
সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপুর্ন কাজ হচ্ছে নিচের অংশে লোকেশন এবং নাম ঠিক করে দেয়া। কাজের সময় প্রিমিয়ার বেশকিছু ফাইল তৈরী করে। সেগুলির জন্য যে ফোল্ডার ব্যবহার করতে চান সেটা সিলেক্ট করুন এবং প্রোজেক্টের একটি নাম টাইপ করে দিন।
এরপর আরেকটি ডায়ালগ বক্স পাওয়া যাবে New Sequence নামে। এখানে ফাইনাল ভিডিওতে ব্যবহৃত ভিডিওর মাপ, অডিও স্যাম্পল রেট ইত্যাদি ঠিক করে দেবেন। এখানে ৩টি ট্যাব রয়েছে। Sequence Preset থেকে সরাসরি প্রিসেট থেকে সিলেক্ট করতে পারেন, General ট্যাব থেকে নিজের পছন্দমত পরিবর্তন করে নিতে পারেন এবং Tracks ট্যাব থেকে ভিডিওর কতগুলি ট্রাক ব্যবহার করবেন, অডিওর চ্যানেল ইত্যাদি বলে দিতে পারেন।
এখানে কোন পরিবর্তন করলে তাকে নতুন প্রিসেট হিসেবে সেভ করে রাখতে পারেন। এছাড়া সিকোয়েন্স এর জন্য কাজের সাথে মিল রেখে নাম ব্যবহার করতে পারেন।
ওকে বাটনে ক্লিক করলে এখানে দেয়া তথ্য অনুযায়ী প্রোজেক্ট শুরু হবে এবং প্রিমিয়ারের মুল স্ক্রীন পাওয়া যাবে।
