২. ব্লু-টুথ বা এম এম এস এর মাধ্যমে আসা কোন সংযুক্ত ফাইল ওপেন করার আগে একটু সতর্কতা অবলম্বণ করুন, যেমনটা আপনি কোন ই-মেইলের সাথে সংযুক্ত ফাইলের ক্ষেত্রে করে থাকেন। দেখে নিন যে উৎস থেকে সংযুক্ত ফাইলটি আপনাকে পাঠানো হয়েছে তা আপনার পরিচিত কিনা। অজানা কোন উৎস থেকে যে কোন ধরনের ফাইল কপি বা ডাউনলোড করা থেকে বিরত থাকুন।

৪. ভাইরাসের আক্রমনে আপনার মুঠোফোন অনাকাঙ্খিত আচরন শুরু করলে কাষ্টমার কেয়ার বা সার্ভিস সেন্টারে যোগাযোগ করুন। সেসব ক্ষেত্রে বেশির ভাগ সময় মোবাইল ফোনের অপারেটিং সিস্টেম নতুন করে ইনস্টল করার প্রয়োজন হতে পারে। তাই আপনার মোবাইল ফোনের জরুরী কোন তথ্য যেন নষ্ট না হয় সেজন্য জরুরী ফাইল, অ্যাড্রেস বুক ইত্যাদির একটি ব্যাক-আপ রাখুন।
