ডকুমেন্টে কাজ করতে গিয়ে অনেক সময় টেবিল এবং ছকের প্রয়োজন হয়। খুব সহজেই এম, এস, ওয়ার্ডের ভিতরে টেবিল, রো, কলাম তৈরী করা যায়। টেবিল তৈরী করার জন্য Table>Insert>Table কমান্ড দিন অথবা টেবিল টুলবার থেকে ইনসার্ট টেবিল ক্লিক করুন। উল্লেখিত ইনসার্ট টেবিল ডায়ালোগ বক্সটি চলে আসবে।
এবারে Number of columns: এ 6 এ টাইপ করুন অথবা ঊর্ধ্বমূখী এ্যারোতে ক্লিক করে 6 আনুন।
Number of Rows এ 5 টাইপ করুন অথবা ঊর্ধ্বমূখী এ্যারোতে ক্লিক করে 5 আনুন।
শেষে ওকে বাটনে ক্লিক করুন। ৬ টি কলাম ও ৫ টি রো লাইন সহ একটি টেবিল তৈরী হবে-
টেবিল তৈরী করার পর নতুন এক বা একাধিক রো বা লাইন দরকার হতে পারে।
Steps:
• যে Row এর উপর নতুন Row তৈরী করতে চান সেখানে কার্সর রাখুন ধরুন ৩য় রো তে কার্সর রাখলেন।
• মেনু থেকে Table>Insert>Rows above এ ক্লিক করুন অথবা টুলবার থেকে Insert Rows বাটনে ক্লিক করুন।
• ৩ নং Row তে নতুন একটি Row তৈরী হবে এবং আগের ৩ নং Row কে অবস্থান করবে।
